Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 2,082,559 restricted A shares, due to 175 incentive participants not meeting performance conditions or ending their employment. This action will leave 13,925,879 restricted A shares under the company’s Incentive Scheme. The share capital structure of Huatai Securities will remain largely unchanged with A and H shares percentages holding steady post-cancellation.
