Huatai Securities Co. has announced a 2024 interim profit distribution, proposing a cash dividend of RMB 1.50 per 10 shares, which constitutes 25.50% of the net profit for the first half of the year. The dividend will be paid in RMB to A Shareholders and Hong Kong Stock Connect investors, and in HKD to H Shareholders, using an exchange rate determined prior to the Board’s meeting. This distribution decision, which aligns with the company’s sustainable and stable profit distribution policy, was unanimously approved by the Board and the Supervisory Committee without the need for a general meeting.
