In a unanimous voting outcome, Huajin International Holdings Ltd. announced the adoption of its audited financial statements, re-election of executive directors, and the reappointment of its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Additionally, the company disclosed the resignation of Mr. Goh Choo Hwee, an independent non-executive director, leading to the withdrawal of one of the proposed resolutions. Shareholders also granted the board a general mandate to manage unissued company shares.
