Huajin International Holdings Ltd. announces changes to its board with the resignation of Mr. Goh Choo Hwee from his roles, effective from the AGM on June 27, 2024. Mr. Goh’s departure, prompted by a desire to focus on his other commitments, leads to the withdrawal of his re-election resolution. Ms. Yip Nga Ting Cerin will be taking over as the new independent non-executive Director from July 1, 2024.
