Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd., a joint stock company incorporated in China, issued a clarification regarding the book closure period for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company announced that the register of members will be closed from April 29, 2025, to May 29, 2025, during which no transfer of H shares will be registered. Shareholders whose names appear on the register by May 29, 2025, will be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. This clarification does not affect other information in the AGM Notice and Circular.
