Huabang Technology Holdings Limited has successfully passed all proposed resolutions in their recent AGM, including the appointment of new independent non-executive Directors, Mr. Mao Shuguang and Mr. Leung Wai Kwan, following the retirement of Mr. Li Huaqiang and Mr. Zhu Shouzhong. Additionally, the company has announced the effective date for the Share Consolidation to be on the 26th of September, 2024.
