H&T Group Chairman Bolsters Shareholding

H&T Group plc (GB:HAT) has released an update.

Simon Walker, Chairman of H&T Group plc, the UK’s leading pawnbroker, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 9,965 ordinary shares, bringing his total holding to 30,000 shares. This transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Market, represents about 0.068% of the company’s issued share capital and voting rights.
