HSC Resources Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ghanshyam Adhikari as an Independent Non-executive Director effective from 5 June 2024. With a Master’s in Education and over 15 years in corporate management, Mr. Adhikari brings valuable experience to the Board. His initial three-year term includes a renewable annual contract and a monthly salary of HK$5,000.
