HSC Resources Group Limited, formerly known as Windmill Group Ltd., has announced the composition of its board of directors, including executive and independent non-executive members. The board is headed by Mr. Li Junheng as Chairman and Mr. Li Shing Kuen Alexander as CEO, and it has established three committees: Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination, with various directors serving on each.
