HSC Resources Group Limited, previously known as Windmill Group Limited, has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held in Hong Kong on October 25, 2024. Shareholders will receive the company’s audited financial statements, re-elect Directors, and re-appoint its auditor. The meeting will also include a special resolution to authorize the Directors to issue new shares and set the terms for such issuances within specified limits.
