HSBC Holdings plc has announced it will redeem all outstanding Series 38 and Series 39 Resettable Notes due October 2025, at GBP1,000 per note plus accrued interest, on 31 October 2024. Following the redemption, the listings of these notes will be canceled on the London Stock Exchange soon after 1 November 2024. Noteholders are advised to seek repayment through the relevant clearing systems.
