HSBC Issues GBP 750M in Long-Term Notes

HSBC Holdings (GB:HSBA) has released an update.

HSBC Holdings plc has announced the issuance of GBP 750 million in Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due 2032, under its Debt Issuance Programme, with plans to list these notes on the London Stock Exchange. The release stresses that this financial maneuver aims to bolster HSBC’s already substantial global banking and financial services, which manages assets totaling US$2,975bn as of June 30, 2024.
