Hotel Properties Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Wong Liang Ying as the new Independent Chairman, succeeding Mr Arthur Tan Keng Hock following the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2024. Mr Tan, after serving over nine years as Independent Director, will transition to a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director role.
