This strategic move will make Apollo Aquarium an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary of HPC Holdings, with its financial outcomes to be integrated into the group’s consolidated financial statements. The transaction is classified as discloseable, meeting the necessary percentage ratio criteria and requiring no shareholder approval.
