Hour Glass Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr Chow Wai San as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee, effective from 1 August 2024. This strategic move is set to reinforce the company’s governance as Mr San replaces Dr Kenny Chan Swee Kheng on the Audit Committee. No changes have been made to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
