Hotung Investment Holdings Limited has announced significant shifts in its Board Committees’ composition following its 2024 annual general meeting. New appointments include Mr. David Chong joining the Audit Committee, Ms. Lan Yuan becoming the Lead Independent Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mr. Kung-Wha Ding being appointed as Chairman of both the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. The restructure follows the retirement of Dr. Ng-Chee Tan, and the stepping down of Mr. Andy C.W. Chen and Mr. Chang-Pang Chang from their committee positions.
