Hotel Property Investments Ltd. has reported a change in the indirect interest of their director, Anne Michaels, who acquired 3,000 stapled securities on-market for a total consideration of $10,410. This transaction increased her total holdings to 13,123 securities. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts, and the securities were traded outside of the closed period.
