Hotel Grand Central Limited has announced significant board and committee changes following their AGM on April 29, 2024, including the retirement of Mr Fang Swee Peng and the appointment of Mr Teh Kor Lak as Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr Lim Thian Loong has been appointed as the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, while Mr Tan Kok Aun has been redesignated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
