Hostmore PLC has reported that Harwood Capital LLP and its affiliates have increased their voting rights in the company, crossing the threshold on April 17, 2024, with a total voting rights ownership now standing at 12.289%. The acquisition includes both direct and indirect voting rights, with the total number of voting rights held by the group at 15,500,000, marking a significant change from the previous notification.
