Hostmore PLC has announced the temporary suspension of its stock listing on the London Stock Exchange due to a delay in publishing its Annual Report for 2023, following its auditors’ need for more time to complete their audit. The company is actively working to finalize the Annual Report and will seek to have its shares relisted upon its publication.
