Julie McEwan, CEO of Hostmore PLC, has purchased 45,711 ordinary shares at 10.0p each, increasing her total holdings to 800,000 shares. This transaction follows an Irrevocable Instruction Letter to Numis Securities for monthly share purchases from June to December 2024. The purchase is in line with UK Market Abuse Regulation, and the company has made the necessary public disclosures.
