Hostmore PLC (GB:MORE) has released an update.
Hostmore PLC’s CEO, Julie McEwan, has acquired 25,000 additional shares at 20p each, following her Irrevocable Instruction Letter from June 2023 that mandates monthly share purchases on her behalf. McEwan’s total holdings have now reached 664,960 shares in the company, as per the UK Market Abuse Regulation disclosure requirements.
