Horseshoe Metals Limited has announced a new issuance of 1,300,000 ordinary fully paid securities dated April 23, 2024. The company has applied for these securities to be quoted on the ASX under the code ‘HOR’, in line with the regulatory requirements set out in Appendix 2A of the ASX Listing Rules.
