Horseshoe Metals Limited has announced the appointment of Peter Walker as a director on June 13, 2024, as per the initial director’s interest notice submitted to the ASX. Walker currently holds no registered securities within the company. However, he has a contractual entitlement to potentially receive up to 4.5 million unlisted options based on future share price performance, pending shareholder approval at the next general meeting.
