Horizonte Minerals Enters Administration

Horizonte Minerals (GB:HZM) has released an update.

Horizonte Minerals PLC, a mining company traded on AIM and TSX under the ticker HZM, has entered administration with Chad Griffin and Geoff Rowley of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators to oversee potential restructuring. The company’s Nominated Adviser, Peel Hunt LLP, has resigned, leading to a suspension of trading of the company’s shares with potential cancellation if a replacement is not found within a month.
