Horizon Oil Limited’s Chairman, Mike Harding, has announced his retirement at the upcoming AGM after six years, during which he helped reduce company debt and acquired new assets. Bruce Clement, with over 40 years in the oil and gas sector, will succeed him as Chairman, and Dr. Peter Goode is set to join the Board, bringing extensive industry experience. Additionally, non-executive director Sandra Birkensleigh plans to retire in 2025, with her succession yet to be determined.
