Horizon Oil Limited has announced the completion of the first well, WM29, in its Mereenie Development program, designed to increase gas production. The successful completion of WM29, along with the commencement of drilling for WM30, is expected to boost gas rates, allowing the joint venture to supply additional volumes as per the Northern Territory Government Gas Sales Agreement.
