Horizon Minerals Limited is set to acquire Greenstone Resources Limited following the Supreme Court of Western Australia’s approval of the merger schemes. The acquisition will be finalized after the necessary court documents are lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, leading to the suspension of Greenstone’s shares and options from trading on the ASX on June 6, 2024. Shareholders are to receive the Scheme Consideration on June 18, 2024, marking the completion of the merger.
