Horizon Minerals Limited has reported a change in the interests of its substantial holder, with Sparta Invest AG and its associated entities in Heidelberg, Germany maintaining a 7.10% voting power through 79,440,397 ordinary shares. This comes following an off-market transfer by contribution in kind between Sparta AG and Sparta Invest AG. The voting power and substantial holding in the company remained constant despite these internal adjustments.
