Horizon Minerals Completes Merger with Greenstone

Horizon Minerals Ltd (AU:HRZ) has released an update.

Horizon Minerals Limited has successfully completed its merger with Greenstone Resources Limited, with the latter’s securities being suspended from trading and set for removal from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). As part of the merger, Greenstone shareholders received new Horizon shares and options, and there have been significant changes in the directorship of both companies, including Grant Haywood’s appointment as Horizon’s Managing Director.
