Horizon Minerals Limited has announced a new securities issue, planning to offer a total of 437,680,957 securities, which includes both Horizon New Listed Options and ordinary fully paid shares. The options, priced at $0.087 each and expiring on September 21, 2025, amount to 26,723,151, while the ordinary shares total 410,957,806. The proposed issue date for these securities is set for June 18, 2024.
