Horizon Minerals Ltd and Poseidon Nickel Ltd are set to merge, with Horizon acquiring all shares and options in Poseidon through a scheme of arrangement. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has approved the scheme booklet, and Poseidon’s independent directors recommend shareholders vote in favor. The scheme booklet will be dispatched to shareholders on January 2, 2025, with voting instructions included.
