Horizon Gold Director Increases Shareholdings

Horizon Gold Ltd (AU:HRN) has released an update.

Horizon Gold Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of its director, James Noel Sullivan, who acquired 2,298 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade. The transaction was valued at $948.77, and as a result, Sullivan’s indirect holdings increased to 255,976 shares, with no change to his direct shareholding of 80,270 shares. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts and the trade occurred outside of the closed period.
