Horizon Construction Development Limited has announced the resignation of non-executive Director Mr. Li Qianjin due to work arrangements, effective 12 September 2024. In his stead, the company has appointed Mr. Yuan Shaozhen, boasting a strong background in engineering and managerial roles within XCMG Fire-Fighting Safety Equipment Co., Ltd., as a non-executive Director on the same date. Mr. Yuan’s extensive experience is expected to contribute to the company’s strategic direction without any remuneration for his service.
