Horizon Construction Development Limited has announced the successful adoption of all proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on June 4, 2024, including the approval of audited financial statements and the re-election of directors. Notably, the company’s shareholders have also approved the new Share Option Scheme, which is contingent upon the listing committee’s approval for the shares issued under the scheme. The scheme allows for the issuance of share options up to 1.5% of the total issued shares, amounting to 47,958,660 shares.
