Hop Fung Group Welcomes New Executive Director

Hop Fung Group Holdings Limited (HK:2320) has released an update.

Hop Fung Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Hui Yuk Ling as an executive director, effective from 30th August 2024. Ms. Hui, who has been with the company since February 2020 and is currently its human resources manager, has a familial tie to the company with her brother and spouse holding significant positions. Her appointment follows a service agreement for a term of three years with a director’s fee of HK$25,000 per month.
