Hoff set to earn a base of $680,000, and other executives receiving substantial salaries. Additionally, they’re poised to receive significant cash bonuses for 2025, based on the company’s performance in revenue and operating income. These bonuses range from $204,000 to $1,360,000 for Hoff, with other executives having corresponding targets, and they hinge on achieving set fiscal thresholds, with no payouts for underperformance and double the target for maximum achievements.
