Hong Leong Asia Ltd. has completed the award of equity interests under its GYMCL Equity Holding Scheme and MGP Incentive Scheme, with a 6.54% interest in MGP being allocated at a subscription price of approximately S$0.55 per S$0.19 of registered capital. The fair value of the MGP Interest, based on the income approach and discounted cash flow method, remains unchanged at roughly S$24.47 million. This strategic move aims to incentivize participants and align their interests with the company’s performance.
