Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited has appointed Ms. Wong Kwai Sun as a non-executive director, effective December 13, 2024. With over 25 years of experience in operational management and a strong background in financial institutions and multinational enterprises, Ms. Wong brings valuable expertise to the company. She will retire from her role as chief operating officer, which she has held since joining the group in 2017.
