Bringing over 28 years of experience in asset management and financial operations, Mr. Lu’s extensive background includes roles in significant companies such as Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited. The Board has extended a cordial welcome to Mr. Lu, who will serve an initial two-year term without a director’s fee.
