The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited has announced the appointment of Professor Anna Wong Wai-kwan as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective from 25th June 2024. She brings extensive experience in banking and finance, having held positions across major financial institutions and various committees. Concurrently, Mr. Chan Ying-lung, the current Chief Investment Officer, has been promoted to Executive Director of the company.
