The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited has successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting held on June 4, 2024, with overwhelming support from its shareholders. Key decisions included the approval of the audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend, re-election of board directors, re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditor, and renewal of the general mandates for share buy-backs and issuance.
