Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Ltd. (HK:2322) has released an update.

Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Gong Huanghui as an executive Director effective from 26 August 2024. With a wealth of experience in investment, digital and communication technology, and new energy, Mr. Gong brings a strong leadership background to the role, although he hasn’t held directorship in publicly listed companies in the past three years. His initial tenure will last until the next annual general meeting, with a monthly director’s fee of HK$180,000, and he will be subject to re-election at that time.
