Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Limited has announced a proposal to change its company name to ‘Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited’, with a new secondary name in Chinese. The name change is subject to shareholder approval and the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda’s consent. The rebranding is expected to provide a fresh corporate image and assist in future business development, without affecting shareholder rights or share trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
