Hong Fok Corporation Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and Board Committees, set to take effect post the upcoming Fifty-sixth Annual General Meeting. These changes include the re-designation of Mr. Chan Pengee, Adrian, from an Independent Chairman to a Non-Independent Chairman, and the appointment of Mr. Kwik Sam Aik as the new Lead Independent Director.
