Honey Badger Silver Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1.2 million through the sale of non-flow through units and flow-through shares. The funds are earmarked for exploration programs in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, as well as for general corporate purposes. Securities issued are subject to a hold period until August 2024, with insider Chad Williams notably participating in the offering.
