Honey Badger Silver Inc. is set to finalize a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1.2 million by selling units and shares to fund exploration programs and cover administrative expenses. Non-Executive Chairman Chad Williams is participating significantly, which may result in him holding over 20% of the company’s shares, potentially creating a new ‘control person’ as per TSX Venture Exchange regulations.
