Honda Advances Share Buyback Program

Honda Motor Company (HMC) has released an update.

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 69,095,100 of its own shares, amounting to 103 billion yen, completed between September 1 and September 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger plan, previously announced on May 10, 2024, to purchase up to 180 million shares for a total of up to 300 billion yen by March 31, 2025, through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
