Hon Hai Precision Industry ( (HNHPF) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Hon Hai Precision Industry has scrapped plans for its 2025 first issuance of unsecured overseas convertible bonds after previously securing regulatory effectiveness and an extension of the offering period from Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission. The company cited heightened capital market volatility and said the cancellation, approved by the regulator on May 5, 2026, was made to safeguard the best interests of the company and its shareholders, adding that the move will have no material impact on its finances or operations.
