HomeCo Daily Needs REIT ( (AU:HDN) ) just unveiled an update.

HomeCo Daily Needs REIT has declared a cash distribution of 2.15 cents per unit for the three months to 31 December 2025, with the payment scheduled for 26 February 2026. The fund payment component is 1.381875 cents per unit, made up primarily of other Australian taxable income and capital gains from taxable Australian property, with the balance classified as other non-attributable amounts not subject to withholding.

The trust intends to be treated as both an attribution managed investment trust and a withholding managed investment trust for the year ending 30 June 2026, clarifying the tax framework that will apply to its distributions. While the notice is primarily directed at non-resident withholding tax obligations, Australian resident unitholders are advised that full-year tax components will instead be detailed in AMIT Member Annual Statements to be issued in early September 2026, helping investors plan around the timing and tax character of their income.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:HDN) stock is a Sell with a A$1.30 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on HomeCo Daily Needs REIT stock, see the AU:HDN Stock Forecast page.
